| Ultima revisione: May 2026 A 1950s art-deco room turned hybrid brasserie and ceramic studio by winemaker-artist Alexandra Manousakis, whose own Manousakis Winery pours and whose paintings and ceramics line the walls. Almost all produce comes from the family gardens, so the cooking is genuinely farm-to-table rather than waterfront tourist fare. This is the one Koum Kapi address an Istanbul cosmopolitan would book for dinner without hesitation.
