Sotos and Stavros began converting Cretans to specialty coffee in 2010 and in 2017 turned their old-town shop into an in-house roastery and cafe. The Tsouderon location behind the Municipal Market pours consistently serious espresso and filter across a small group of cafes. The reference point for third-wave coffee in Chania.
