Araf Istanbul is a tiny, characterful counter restaurant built around an open fire, seating only 12 guests. Led by husband-and-wife team Kenan and Pinar Korgan Cetinkaya, the restaurant received its first Michelin Star for sincere and bold cooking that reveals the depth of Turkish flavors in their purest form. The cozy setting allows diners to watch chefs expertly tame the open flames while learning about each dish.
