Distinct from the ground-floor Bebek Bar: this is the restored rooftop by Mahmut Anlar's Stay Collection, where the view of Bebek bay is genuinely unrepeatable. Small room, serious drinks, no DJ theatre. The kind of place where a cosmopolitan host says the line that matters: 'this is my Bebek.'
