| Ultima revisione: Jun 2026 Running since 1921 near Place des Cordeliers, La Meunière kept its retro tiled room and added precision under chef Olivier Canal. The signature Oreiller de la Belle Meunière, tablier de sapeur with sauce gribiche and pike quenelle with crayfish cream show classics handled with real technique. A Michelin Bib Gourmand bouchon that still does the Tuesday-to-Saturday mâchon.
