Connie Zagora and pastry chef Laurent Ozan, both Ferrandi-trained, run a deceptively simple all-day room on rue Chevreul: breakfast, a short market lunch that changes with the chefs' mood, then a pastry-driven tea salon. The cooking is precise and seasonal rather than showy, and it has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand since the mid-2010s. There is no dinner service, which is part of the charm.
