| Ultima revisione: May 2026 A former laundromat in the heart of the old town turned open-kitchen small-plates room, run by brothers Hugo (self-taught, in the kitchen) and Grégoire (the cellar). Local, seasonal, organic sharing plates and a serious natural-wine list; chef Samuel Victori plates flavour, texture and a bit of theatre. Reservations required.
