| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Chef Samuel Victori, formerly sous-chef at Passage 53 in Paris, opened Les Agitateurs near the Carabacel side of the centre and won a MICHELIN star in 2021. He works strictly with local suppliers to build vibrant, precisely cooked tasting menus, with sister projects (the bistrot Pirouette and Asian-fusion Magma) extending the family. Intimate, ingredient-led and genuinely personal.
