Japanese-French pâtisserie since 2001 — matcha, yuzu and black sesame on classical French structures
Japanese-precision French classical pâtisserie on avenue de Breteuil — Saint-Honoré as the benchmark
Morihide Yoshida trained at the Park Hyatt Tokyo and the École Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie before opening on avenue de Breteuil in 2013, the long quiet boulevard sightlining Les Invalides. The repertoire is uncompromisingly classical — Saint-Honoré, Mont-Blanc, mille-feuille, Chiboust, religieuse, lemon tart — executed with Japanese-grade precision and finish. Winner of M6's Meilleur Pâtissier des Professionnels 2018, recurring La Liste pastry-awards mention, cookbook author with Gateaux: Sweets (2024). The Saint-Honoré is the order pastry chefs send each other for. Boutique-only with a tiny counter; Duroc or Sèvres-Lecourbe metro.
Saint-Honoré referans sipariş, en taze partiyi yakalamak için öğleden önce gidin. Caddeden gelen pencere, sırada beklerken Invalides kubbesi manzarasını verir.
