The restaurant of Andronis Concept Wellness Resort in Imerovigli, where head chef Doris Dimou builds a Greek-Mediterranean menu around small local producers and the freshest garden produce. Plating is precise and the cooking is balanced and seasonal — crispy red mullet, lobster linguini — with the wellness ethos of the resort carried onto the plate.
