Christian Têtedoie, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, cooks from a glass pavilion on the Antiquaille site of Fourvière hill, with one of the great panoramas over Lyon. One Michelin star plus a Michelin Green Star for sustainability since 2021: seasonal, vegetable-forward and produced from committed local growers. Worth it as much for the view at dusk as for the plate.
