This Gros cocktail bar made its name on theatrical gin-and-tonics: more than 150 gins, premium tonics and botanical infusions, served in oversized fishbowl glasses over clear ice. A move to a larger room with a terrace added space without losing the showmanship, and a short pintxo list keeps the drinks company. It is the neighbourhood's most reliable late-evening drink.

Let the bartender build the gin-tonic for you; the terrace is the seat to ask for. Pours run late on weekends.
