On the Old Town's busiest pintxo run, Bar Sport has built its reputation on hot, made-to-order plates above the usual counter fare. The griddled foie gras is the headline, regularly called among the best in town, and the sea-urchin cream has its own following. Crowded, loud and worth the squeeze.
