Goiz Argi
Parte Vieja
A tiny bar famous for one perfect prawn skewer.
One tortilla, one txuleta, no compromises, twice a day.
A cramped, no-frills Old Town bar that locals defend like family. The legend is built on three things: a single potato tortilla made twice daily and cut into a handful of slices, a summer tomato salad that sells out by noon, and a colossal aged txuleta steak sold by weight. You write your name on a list and wait your turn, or you go without.
Only one tortilla is made for lunch and one for dinner; arrive around an hour early to put your name down or you will miss it entirely.
