Goiz Argi is a one-hit wonder in the best sense: a cramped, table-less bar whose griddled prawn brochette, dressed with a sharp vinegar-and-pepper sauce on a slice of bread, draws a constant line. There are other good hot pintxos, but everyone is here for the gambas. Order, eat standing, move on.
The brocheta de gambas is the only order that matters; it is cooked to order, so expect a short wait.
