Dark, music-driven and proudly avant-garde, A Fuego Negro breaks every rule the classic bars hold sacred. Chef-led plates riff on comics, travel and pop culture: a miniature wagyu 'Makcobe' burger, squid-ink rabas, playful reinventions that still taste serious. It is the counterpoint to the traditional canon, and it earns its place.
