Open since 1928, this tiled corner bar a block from Zurriola beach is the unhurried heart of Gros pintxo culture. The famous 'completo' tortilla pintxo, jamón cut to order and anchovies on toast draw a steadfast local crowd that long predates the surf-town reinvention around it. It earns its place on consistency and atmosphere, not novelty.
