Chickens, ducks and turkeys roam the orchard; menemen comes off a wood fire; butter, cheese, jam and salça arrive from the farm. A single buffet line, long wooden tables, the unfussy interior of a real Aegean farm house, the right way to do breakfast on the still-quiet north ridge of the peninsula.
