Dama Nişantaşı

Dama works the day-to-night format better than most: morning is laptops and filter coffee, evening shifts to a vinyl-fed Hi-Fi bar with industrial open kitchen, ceramic surfaces and shelves stacked with records. The cocktail list is short and seasonal, the food bar-snack to small-plate. It is the closest thing to a true neighborhood listening room in central Nişantaşı — less precious than june, friendlier to walk-ins, and one of the rare new openings to feel like it could become a local habit rather than a one-night stand.
