Le Sirenuse's standalone bar is an open-air terrace suspended above Positano, built as a tribute to hotel co-founder Franco Sersale. The drinks list is old-fashioned in the best sense, classic spirits and proper builds like the Bellini Margarita poured against the full sweep of the bay. No reservations, no food beyond olives and popcorn, just the drink and the view.
