A clean-lined contemporary kitchen on Viale Pasitea that reworks Amalfi flavours with restraint — luminous crudo, house-made pastas and day-boat fish from a coastal Campania cellar. Spinach ravioli with braised beef and blue bufala, and raw-and-cooked tuna with burrata, show the kitchen's range. The candlelit terrace keeps the focus on the plate.
