You can buy a bottle off the shelf or drink it at a table set among lemon and pomegranate trees, with Aegean and international plates built to drink alongside rather than upstage the wine. The setting is a restored 150-year-old Alaçatı house with rooms above, so the operation has the lived-in weight of a place that has been here a while. It is the village's most serious all-Turkish list outside the dedicated şarap evi, and it knows what it is pouring.
