Ayşenur Mıhçı's farm-to-table Aegean room — the only Michelin Bib Gourmand and Green Star on the peninsula
Melih Teksen's twenty-five-year Alaçatı institution, transplanted to Buradan's organic vines — set menu and pairings among the Grenache rows
From 1999 to 2023 Agrilia was Melih Teksen's restaurant in central Alaçatı — the peninsula's first genuinely creative Mediterranean kitchen. In 2024 the chef closed that room and moved as a partner into Ovacık's Buradan Vineyards: now six kilometres south of Çeşme centre, among Şirin Payzın and Turgay Gümüş's organic-certified vines, a vineyard restaurant pairing a sunset Mediterranean set menu with Buradan's own rosé and Tempranillo. April-September only, reservation mandatory. The peninsula's most mature wine-and-kitchen experience.
Book the set menu two weeks in advance — table count is small. The Buradan Şirin rosé is the natural pair to the Mediterranean course; the Tempranillo is for the lamb. April and September run cleanest.
