| Dernière vérification: May 2026 From 1999 to 2023 Agrilia was Melih Teksen's restaurant in central Alaçatı, the peninsula's first genuinely creative Mediterranean kitchen. In 2024 the chef closed that room and moved as a partner into Ovacık's Buradan Vineyards: now six kilometres south of Çeşme centre, among Şirin Payzın and Turgay Gümüş's organic-certified vines, a vineyard restaurant pairing a sunset Mediterranean set menu with Buradan's own rosé and Tempranillo. April-September only, reservation mandatory. The peninsula's most mature wine-and-kitchen experience.
