Alaçatı
Chef Can Aras's wood-fired seafood room — the most ambitious new arrival the stone village has had in a decade
The Viento courtyard where Alaçatı's stone-village finally has a Michelin-listed seafood room of record
Inside the 1900s mansion that became Viento Hotel, Sota gives Alaçatı the open-fire seafood room the village has been missing for twenty years. Chef Fırat Sıriş runs a kitchen built around the lobster tank and oyster bar — Aegean fish handled with restraint, a Mediterranean wine list that reaches well beyond the Turkish suspects, and a courtyard of olive trees and white linen that does the rest. Selected by the MICHELIN Guide Türkiye in both the 2025 and 2026 editions.
Ask for a courtyard table under the olive trees and let the maitre d' walk you through what came in that morning — the kalkan and the day's small fish are usually the move over the headline lobster.
