Hacımemiş's quiet stone garden — a chef's Aegean address that has held the same Tire-sourced standard since 2010
Burakhan Akçe's open-air sharing room — modern Aegean small plates a careful step away from Kemalpaşa Caddesi's noise
Tucked off the busy stretch on a quiet side street, Ortaya is the chef Burakhan Akçe project that gave the village its first credibly modern Aegean sharing-plates room. The kitchen leans on local farmers and seasonal fish, the wine list is short and confident, and the courtyard — open to the sky, lit by paper lanterns — has the loose, low-volume rhythm of an Ibiza finca rather than an Alaçatı tourist room. Selected by the MICHELIN Guide Türkiye 2025 and 2026.
Order the way the room is built — a long line of small plates rather than a main. The grilled octopus and the wood-oven börek are the two non-negotiables; let the chef send the rest.
