Chef Fırat Sıriş runs a kitchen built around the lobster tank and oyster bar — Aegean fish handled with restraint, a Mediterranean wine list that reaches well beyond the Turkish suspects, and a courtyard of olive trees and white linen that does the rest. Selected by the MICHELIN Guide Türkiye in both the 2025 and 2026 editions.
