The cooking pulls cleanly from Aegean and Mediterranean traditions without leaning on either, the cocktail programme is one of the most serious in the village, and the room has the controlled energy of a city restaurant transplanted into a stone courtyard. Selected by the MICHELIN Guide Türkiye 2026.
