Owned by sommelier Afshin Molavi, Salis sits at the Topanas end of the old harbour and runs an 1100-bottle list that earned 3/3 stars from World of Fine Wine — the only stand-alone restaurant in Greece to do so — alongside Wine Spectator recognition. The kitchen applies a light creative touch to Cretan ingredients: octopus carpaccio, buffalo ravioli, precise seafood. Open year-round.
