Mozaik Şarapçılık

Mozaik works eight varietals — Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Tannat, Petit Verdot and rare hybrids among them — with organic farming and, unusually for Turkey, no irrigation. Its Mahrem label runs from easy reds to a dry Rüya rosé, tasted in a small house overlooking the vineyards. A characterful small producer on the Kuşçular cluster of the Urla route.
