Julien Gautier's long-running 6e table for confident seasonal cooking
Julien Gautier, formerly of the two-star Léon de Lyon, has owned this 6e arrondissement room since 2010 and held a Bib Gourmand for years. The menu turns over roughly every two months, built on local, seasonal produce with the rigour of a chef who came up through the city's grandest kitchens. The setting is contemporary and grown-up without tipping into formality.
The midday menu is one of the better-value serious lunches in the 6e. Closed weekends.
