Husband-and-wife Michelin star on avenue de Versailles — chef Noam Gedalof, sommelier Etheliya Hananova.
Comice, opened on avenue de Versailles in the 16e by chef Noam Gedalof and sommelier Etheliya Hananova, has held its Michelin star since 2017 and retains it in the 2025 Guide France. Thirty-plus years of combined experience between California, New York, Montreal and Paris feed a single seasonal tasting menu of contemporary French cooking and a wine list weighted toward grower-producers. The room is small, the service is sharp without ceremony, and the booking is a known Paris-by-Mouth recommendation. For an Istanbul visitor who wants a one-star dinner with American hospitality codes and a serious natural-leaning wine list, Comice is the choice.
Tasting menu only at dinner. Book 3-4 weeks out.
