Le Cinq
Champs-Élysées & Madeleine
Christian Le Squer's three-Michelin showcase inside George V — the textbook for Paris haute cuisine.
Simone Zanoni's Mediterranean-Italian one-Michelin at George V — the palace alternative to a tasting menu.
Simone Zanoni has run Le George inside the Four Seasons George V since 2016 and holds one Michelin star for a Riviera-Italian register that draws on a private 3,000m² kitchen garden in the Yvelines. The wine list — over a thousand Italian references curated by sommelier Francesco Cosci — is the largest Italian cellar in France. The room is designed for repeat dining rather than a singular event: lighter dishes, à la carte format, a more sociable rhythm than the haute-cuisine sister rooms upstairs.
The most realistic palace booking of the three George V rooms — easier than Le Cinq, faster pace than L'Orangerie. Cellar is the draw.
