Saint-Honoré & Palais-Royal
Art Deco palace on rue Saint-Honoré — 14m pool, garden courtyard, Cédric Grolet's pastry boutique
The only European palace with three Michelin-starred restaurants and Jeff Leatham's florals.
The 1928 Art Deco landmark off the Champs-Élysées is the only hotel in Europe to hold three distinct Michelin-starred restaurants under one roof — Le Cinq (three stars, Christian Le Squer), L'Orangerie (two), Le George (one) — six stars total. Beyond the food, the 244 rooms and suites include some of the largest in central Paris, with terrace suites looking onto interior gardens. Jeff Leatham's vast floral installations have been the lobby signature since 1999. The spa and 17-meter pool sit underground; the wine cave holds roughly 50,000 bottles. The cocktail lounge and afternoon tea are bookable for non-guests.
Premier Suites with private terrace look into the interior courtyard; the spa pass is one of the city's quietest.
