Gaël Orieux's quiet Michelin star, sustainable fish only, fifteen years running.
The Bernard Loiseau group's Michelin-starred Palais-Bourbon canteen.
The Loiseau group's Paris outpost on rue de Bourgogne, two minutes from the Assemblée Nationale, has been a deputies-and-ministers lunch address for forty years (formerly Tante Marguerite). Renamed Loiseau Rive Gauche in 2018 and given a star the same year; chef Omar Dhiab — Franco-Egyptian, ex-Shangri-La — has been running the kitchen since 2019, with a vegetable-and-flower-led register that earned the Michelin descriptor of cuisine of great finesse. Lunch from €58, tasting from €145. Wood panelling, low ceiling, framed silver. The political room of the 7e at lunchtime; quiet at dinner.
1 Michelin star since 2018; chef Omar Dhiab since 2019. Bernard Loiseau group.
