Saint-Germain & Saint-Sulpice
William Ledeuil's Southeast-Asian-French cuisine, Michelin-starred since 2008.
Gaël Orieux's quiet Michelin star, sustainable fish only, fifteen years running.
Gaël Orieux earned Auguste's first Michelin star in 2010 and has held it every year since — fifteen consecutive editions, on a near-empty street between the Rodin Museum and the ministries. Thirty seats, contemporary white room, the chef visible at the pass. The position on sustainability is unusually firm: Orieux serves only fish from non-endangered species, sources personally at Rungis. Lunch menu €52 — the most affordable Michelin-starred lunch in central Paris. Tasting menu €120. Sea-bream tartare with citrus pearls, line-caught John Dory with chestnut espresso, sweetbreads with peanuts and chanterelles. Reserve a week ahead for lunch.
1 Michelin star continuous since 2010 — fifteen-year holder. €52 lunch is the value play.
