Set in the Cavallera, a former cinema-theatre, this Rosso-family room threads several interior salons and two rooftop terraces. The menu is a celebration of Carloforte and its tuna across the seasons of land and sea: bottarga spaghetti, Carlofortina lasagna with tuna and pesto, seafood paccheri carbonara.
