Fifty to seventy flavours rotate by season, prepared by traditional Italian recipes without preservatives — fior di latte, pistacchio, the seasonal stone-fruit lineup that locals queue around the block for in July. Counter takeaway or table service on the retro-modern terrace; cake program for the off-season afternoons.
