Italo-Argentine couple's one-star room in the antiques quarter
Lorenzo Ragni and Florencia Montes, who met at Mirazur, run this discreet starred room opposite Village Ségurane in the antique-dealers' district by the port. Their joint cooking is crisp and gutsy, season- and catch-driven, with striking accents: cuttlefish tagliatelle with citron, seabass in a champagne-and-cockle emulsion, blood-orange sorbet with koji rice pudding. Quiet, personal, locally rooted.
