Reservations open at midnight and disappear by morning; the queue for walk-ins routinely wraps the corner. Le Figaro, Le Monde and the Time Out guide all rate it. For an Istanbul visitor who wants the loudest, most photogenic dinner the 9e offers, Pink Mamma is the booking.
