Angélica Salvador took a Michelin star in the 2026 guide, becoming one of the few women starred in Portugal, at this contemporary room in seaside Foz. The cooking pairs Portuguese tradition with global touches and leans hard into seafood, served as signature tasting menus. It is among the most personal of the metro's newer starred kitchens.
