| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Brawn opened on Columbia Road in late 2010 as a partnership between chef Ed Wilson and natural-wine importer Eric Narioo of Caves de Pyrene; Wilson now runs the room solo. The cooking is plates-of-the-day French-and-Italian — pig in many forms (the name is not accidental), plancha vegetables, raw fish, quiet British pastry. Bib Gourmand since opening, a Michelin Plate in the 2026 Guide. The natural-wine list is one of the deepest in London. Sunday on Columbia Road's flower market then lunch at Brawn is the East London weekend the audience comes back for.
