Perched on the cliffs of an adults-only hotel above Canyamel, Can Simoneta's evening restaurant sends out a tasting menu under chef David Moreno that plays Mallorcan produce against vibrant Mexican flavours. The Mediterranean fills the windows and the terrace; the cooking is precise and unexpected. A genuine destination room rather than a hotel afterthought.
