| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Adeline Grattard's Yam'Tcha was the rare Michelin-starred Paris room that read Cantonese tea-house energy onto French technique. The flagship on rue Saint-Honoré closes December 2025 and Grattard is converting Café Lai'Tcha at 7 rue du Jour into Yam'Tcha Bistrot — same hand, lower formality, à la carte rather than tasting. Expect bao with tête de veau, jasmine-smoked fish, the signature pairings of Chinese tea with each course. The bistro format is the most accessible Grattard has ever cooked in Paris; book early because the audience is loyal.
