| Laatst beoordeeld: May 2026 Candelaria's tucked-behind-the-door taqueria opened the Marais Mexican story in 2011; Furia, opened in the 11e in 2022 by Julio Guerrero (ex-Cicatriz Mexico City) and Oliver Lomeli (Chambre Noire), is the second wave. Scratched tomette tile, weathered wood, the natural-wine cave-à-manger format. The cooking is the Mexico-City-current register: al pastor with shiitake, pulled pork tacos, tuna-and-guacamole, three-meat tacos €15 / three-veg €12, an evolving card. Le Fooding listed and championed; the LinkedIn post ran. The standalone Mexican room the chapter has been missing — not Candelaria-sister, not chain.
