Le Pré Catelan

Le Pré Catelan sits in a Napoléon III pavilion in the middle of the Bois de Boulogne — Pierre-Yves Rochon redesigned the dining room, Frédéric Anton (Robuchon-trained, MOF) has run the kitchen since 1997, and the 2025 Michelin Guide France retains its three stars. The cuisine is high-flying-classical — scallops, langoustine, salmon, caviar — and razor-precise; the wine list reads like the cellar of a small museum.
