| Laatst beoordeeld: May 2026 The Big Mamma group's sixth Paris room, opened June 2017 on rue de Douai, is an Italian fever dream stretched across four floors of a Pigalle townhouse: green-tile pizzeria on the ground, beef-grill room above, glass-roofed top floor, speakeasy in the cellar. Reservations open at midnight and disappear by morning; the queue for walk-ins routinely wraps the corner. Le Figaro, Le Monde and the Time Out guide all rate it. For an Istanbul visitor who wants the loudest, most photogenic dinner the 9e offers, Pink Mamma is the booking.
