Bar Les Ambassadeurs occupies the original eighteenth-century reception room of the Hôtel de Crillon at 10 place de la Concorde — original frescos overhead, a Chahan Minassian refresh in ivory and taupe, a terrace under the arcades looking onto Concorde. Bar director Kévin Rigault unveiled a 2025 menu titled 'A Sense of Memories' (fifteen signature cocktails built on the idea of liquid memory — damp wood, a birthday cake, a sea walk) and the room has been recognised among Forbes Travel Guide's 58 Best Hotel Star Bars 2025. Live music every evening from 8pm.
