Philippe Starck broke the convention of the hotel-bar counter by installing a single long high table running through the centre of the room — mirrored screens, dimmed lighting, design armchairs — that reframed how the room reads. The cocktail card pairs reinvented French classics with travel-themed signatures; small plates and tapas keep the format between drink and dinner.
