Avantgarde Refined Yalıkavak is the Avantgarde Collection's boutique resort on the Küdür Bay side of Yalıkavak, picked up by the MICHELIN Guide hotel listing in 2025 alongside the gastronomy programme that runs through the property. The room count sits at thirty-two, the architectural language reads Bodrum-modernist with bespoke furniture from peninsula-based artisans, and the bay position holds a curved infinity pool above a private beach club. The gastronomy side is the differentiator, Hodan Yalıkavak under chef Çiğdem Seferoğlu (MICHELIN Guide Türkiye 2026 listing), The Red Balloon Yalıkavak under chef Ulaş Durmaz (MICHELIN Guide 2025 selected, Gault&Millau Modern Cuisine 2025), Ace as the daytime room, plus POCO Matcha as Türkiye's first dedicated matcha bar.
